Mike teaches saxophone, clarinet, flute, and oboe to students of all ages and abilities. Mike’s knowledge of various woodwind performance styles draws from his career performing in musical theater pit orchestras for over twenty years, including five years as a substitute on Broadway and over ten years with national tours. Mike earned a Bachelor of Music from the Crane School of Music in Potsdam, New York where he studied saxophone with Timothy McAllister and jazz with Bret Zvacek.
